October in Hanoi

Hi All

i have booked three weeks hols in north vietnam manely around hanoi in late October early November i know the weather can be a bit unpredictable but my question is are they a lot of tourist there at that time of year or is it rather quiet by Hanoi standards thank you in anticipation

thanks for your info the reason i ask is from information gained on ta there are high and low seasons were there are a lot more tourist in some times of the year than others and at some times of the year the advice is to book the hotel before you go which i have partly done in Hanoi but we would like to travel around North Vietnam would the amount of tourist at that time of the year necessitate us booking any other hotels that we are likely to use,before we go thus tying us down to those hotels,we would rather book any other hotels that we need when we get there would that a wise move for late October early November

well, here I think what you need to know: according to the tourism statistics that was done by Vietnam National Administration of tourism, the duration from September to next March annually is the time that international tourists have been to Vietnam the most..
