We have just returned from a trip to Vietnam that included Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the reccomendations of the many who have used him before we booked Jason Superstar for all of our tours. The level of his service, knowledge and enthusiasm for both his city [and surronding areas]and his clients is superb. Jason greeted us with great warmth on our arrival and treated all 5 in our group as if we were his first and last clients. Jason presented us with flowers when we arrived and ensured his very comfortable Mercedes was complete with iced water, cool drink and beer. The iced drinks Jason provided on every trip and excursion.[all free]
Jason was also constantly photographing and videoing our tours [which included Cu Chi Tunnels, Vung Tau and the Mekong Delta]and presented us with a free disc containg over 300 photographs and video clips at the conclusion of our time with him.We were also spoilt when we enjoyed an evening with him and his delightful wife Jaclyn whilst doing an evening tour of Ho Chi Minh City. We were so impressed with Jason and his wife that it was our pleasure to invite them for a second dinner[when we returned to Ho Chi Minh City from the North] on our last night in Vietnam.
Jason Superstar and his driver Mr Tuyen [whom we nicknamed ';Captain';] are simply Superstars who provide great value for money and are highly reccomended to all prospective travellers to Ho Chi Minh City.
Thank you Jason, Thank you Captain and thank you Jaclyn.
NB.It should also be noted that Jason purchased all of our internal flights 3 months befor we arrived saving us several hundred dollars against purchasing them on the net or through a travel agent.

How do I contact Jason Superstar? We are going on 22 November for first time. Thanks

Jason Super Star
Hi Liz
Jason can be contacted at vietnamtourjason@yahoo.com.
Hopefully he is availabale for your tours.
Hi there,
I have read many positive forums regarding Jason and I am curious about his services. We are going on our honeymoon in March 09 starting from Ho Chi Minh and moving up to Hanoi thru Nha Trang and Hoi An over 3 weeks. Does Jason just operate in and around Ho Chi Minh or does he provide services all over the country? I was content to use the services of our hotels for our sightseeing tours but after all the positive reviews I would like to get in contact with him. How does his prices compare to that of a 3 - 4* hotel?
Thanks..
Dude - I believe that since Jason is a native of the Delta, he concentrates on that area and also up to Nha Trang, but since he%26#39;s a one-man show, he just doesn%26#39;t have the ability to cover all of VN (wish he did!!!)
I just wanted to say that this type of ';spirit'; is what keeps me coming back to VN - I have found it nowhere else. Jason is not alone in giving outrageous service to us tourists. I found a souvenir vendor in Sapa who took me on a 1/4 mile search for cheaper Hmong wall hangings. The hotels that I rave about give this type of outrageous service too, and I%26#39;m constantly trying to persuade the high-rollers that often by ignoring the guesthouse route in favor of 5* luxury digs, they%26#39;re hurting themselves and therefore missing out on one of Vietnam%26#39;s true treasures (the people who serve in the tourism industry who truly love their jobs!)
Thank you so much, Jason Super Star
Thanks daawgon,
I will most definitely be trying my hardest to contact Jason. As for Hoi An and Hanoi, any other recommendations as who to use for our tours? I certainly wouldn%26#39;t consider ourselves high rollers but it is our honeymoon so we kind of wanted just a little bit of luxury but I hope that doesn%26#39;t mean we miss out on guys like Jason.
Hey Dude
We did our Halong Bay overnight trip through the Hotel we stayed in at Hanoi and ended up on the best Junk in the Bay [Cruise Bhaya}. Was expensive but money well spent. There are many many operators offering tours in Hanoi, especially in the old quarter where we stayed. For a City Tour would suggest you contact Hanoi Kids [ you pay taxi fares, own entrance fees to sites and pay for lunch] But no tour costs. Thay are fantastic and can be contacted at hanoikidsvn@gmail.com.I intend to do a trip advisor entry on Hanoi Kids tonight.
Hoi An you probably need to make your tour arrangements from your Hotel. But very cheap and most of the area can be covered by very, very cheap pushbike hire. Would suggest however that you hire a car and driver for 4 to six hours and go into Danang and visit China Beach,[Beautiful Beach] and Marble Mountain.
Hi liland norm, we used Jason in August this year and he reccomended one of his mates in Hanoi who was a wonderful guide in Hanoi and gave us a great trip to Halong Bay
Oz Dude In Hanoi we used Vistaland travel, good sevice, then Sihn Cafe, and Jason in HCMC.
In Hanoi contact the Hanoi Kids for a walk around their city, google to find all the info.
We fly out Xmas day, an will be in Hanoi on the 28th, doing the halong bay and sapa thing Its our first time in V%26#39;nam, counting the Daze.
Gotta get through 7 more job the its big bird 777 fist stop S%26#39;Pore.....Yummmmm.....Scott
