Looking at booking with Ethnic Travel tour company as they seem just that little bit different but wondered if anyone has ever used them and have they been happy with them ?

Has anyone used Ethnic Travel ?Unfortunately, we too were drawn to the website of ';Ethnic Travel.'; We sent three e-mails and even made a phone call from the States. We never got a response-- at all! That was disappointing since we were VERY excited about booking one of their excursions. My assumptions were that they are one of many innovative travel planners that got hit by the economy. However, during our week in Hanoi (Jan. %26#39;09) as we were exploring the Old Quarter one day, we were very much surprised, to spot their office, with a real person at a desk talking on the phone. I can only say, that we filled out our week itinerary quite nicely and were very happy making other arrangements. Our hotel offered some great opportunities.
