Vietnam Airlines Business Class

I am looking at booking a Vietnam Airlines flight for 4 people from Hanoi to Nha Trang in August. There are two different fares available for the flight, either Business Flex or Economy Flex. I was just wondering, are these different fares actually for Business Class and Economy Class, as the fare conditions are the same? I was just wanting to know as the cost is not much more for the Business Flex fare, so if it is actually Business Class I might book that instead. Thanks!

It is business class, yes. Not much difference in in-flight experience, but the big difference is that if there%26#39;s a delay at Hanoi, which there almost certainly will be, you get a nice lounge to sit in instead of being stuck out in the noisy main terminal.
