I would like finding some 3* Hotel in Viet Nam : Ha Noi, Sapa, Ha Long, Hoi An, Hue, Ho Chi Minh in late 2009. Price : below 40 $/room/night. Who can recommend ?.

Hanoi: Flower hotel, Hong ngoc hotel, Bao khanh hotel, Viet hotel...that is famous hotel with good location in Hanoi Old Quater. Further, there are plenty of 3* hotel in Hanoi

In Halong: Van hai, Sunlight or Dream hotel...

In Vung tau: Sammy or DIC star hotel

In HCM - saigon: Leduy hotel, Rang dong hotel, Elios hotel.... they are good location and reasonable price
