ATm/Banks near the Pilgrimage Hotel

Hello

We are due to visit Hue in March 2009 and my husband was asking about the best way to get our money as we normally use our Nationwide Account and draw the money out using ATM machines.

Can you please tell are there any ATM machines located near the Pilgrimage Hotel in Hue and if so were are they located? If there are no ATM machines then are there any banks? If not I expect we will have to find a money changer.

Your advise is greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Pilgrimage Village last June and there were no ATMs on site. It is not in a real tourist area so it is likely that you will not walk around the local neighbourhood.

When we were out and about in the CBD area there are literally ATM%26#39;s on every corner. We withdrew money on several occasions and never had any issues. Easy and simple. I used ATM%26#39;s all throughout our journey in Vietnam and never once set foot into a money exchange. I got receipts at each withdrawal spot which gave me a balance. All money is despatched in Dong which we found to be easy to use and manage.

Pilgrimage Village is really nice but just a little way out of town. Shuttle bus into the CBD gets you there in a few minutes. Hope you enjoy Hue as much as we did - the weather was really hot and the resort was a lovely respite from the heat and the crowds. Highly recommend PV and would love to visit again
