Are there cosmetic dentists vietnam
There are tons in Saigon...I know this sound awful, but my sister would go back to VN and have her dentist work done...because it is a lot cheaper there than in the US. Of course, her ticket cost her as much too, but she goes on these business trip and get her dental work done at the same time.

Not sure if a crown comes under cosmetic dentistry, but my husband had one re-done in Saigon, cost him $135 - a tenth of the price he paid on the Sunshine Coast (for the same tooth!). The surgery was very clean and professional. I have a card if you want details, let me know.

Despite the stories planted on ';A Current Affair'; by the Australian Dentist%26#39;s Asscociation, HCMC is an excellent place to have cosmetic dentistry done.
It is a fraction of the price it is in Australia, and there are places everywhere. Most of them are cleaner and more professional looking than similar places in Australia. I know many people who have had it done (myself included) and haven%26#39;t heard any complaints. Oh, except that in some dental surgeries you have to take your shoes off - weird!
LOL.
The streets in HCMC are not super clean, so taking your shoes off reduces the chances of bringing nasty stuff into the dental office and it means to give you a cleaner treatment.
When you walk from the taxi into the office, that few meters can contain salivae (see how they spit there in Vietnam), dog shats, cockroach eggs, rat and human p, etc.
I always appreciate this habit.
P.S: Agree that cosmetic dentists are everywhere in HCMC.
I am also really interested in getting cos dentistry work (veneers and/or whitening) done in Saigon... any suggestions?

AARGH!! i can%26#39;t get Maple Health Care to reply either... yes contact details for other clinics would be fantastic! its hard to google if the sites are not in english haha
Maybe you can pick some from Yellow Pages

Are you kidding????? Have you thought about the health consequences of having dentistry done in any third world country? The sterilization and disinfection techniques are not practiced often and certainly are not as regulated. You could be exposed to Hepatitis A, B Tuberculosis, HIV and other blood borne and infectious diseases. Is saving money worth your life? Diane, Registered Dental Hygienist
