Transportation from Saigon Airport to Mui Ne

Hi!

Does anyone know if there is a bus from the airport in Saigon to Mui Ne? I%26#39;m a female traveling solo and would like to avoid going into Saigon to find the bus station. If not, is the bus station easy to locate? I%26#39;m really looking for the best way to get to Mui Ne. I%26#39;m actually going to be in Hoi An but don%26#39;t want to take the long bus trip from there so I figured that flying would be faster?? Any advice would help.

The best way is to catch a taxi or to arrange a private car to pick you up from the airport in Saigon and drive to Muine. There is bus service, but you have to catch a taxi to the bus, wait there, then go...complicated.

There is no flight from Muine to Hoian, unless you drive back to Saigon to take flight to Danang, then drive to Hoian.

Do you happen to know how many buses there are per day? I%26#39;m not sure I can coordinate my flight with the bus if there are only a couple of buses a day.

It might be easier to suck it up and pay the $$ for a private driver, although in a way I was thinking that the bus might be good to talk to people, being that I%26#39;m going solo... but it may be too complicated...

As I know the buses will leave Saigon for Muine in the morning: 08.00 am %26amp; afternoon: 01.00pm, but you need to catch a taxi there in the back packer area in District 01, Ho Chi Minh City.
