Has anyone stayed in AllAsia 2 hotel?

Hello all

I was just wondering if anyone has stayed in or heard anything about the All Asia hotel in Saigon - my sister in law has booked it for us for 6 nights.

Would be great if it is plain and clean as its only $AUD25 per room per night.
