Hanoi or HCMC?? Help!!!

Hi,

Myself and my fiance are planning our honeymoon for September 2009 and have decided on Vietnam. Now we just have to decide Hanoi or HCMC?? Any advise would be great. I have read heaps of posts on here and it%26#39;s really hard because there are heaps of goods thing about both places - it%26#39;s making the decision really hard! We only have 6 days so can anyone give us an idea of which place is better with more interesting things to do. We prefer culture, history (and shopping!), over partying and nightlife.

Please help, any info will be great. Also what%26#39;s the weather like in September?

Given your criteria, I%26#39;d recommend Ha Noi.

6 days is so short!!

Given what you have said I would recommend splitting your time betweenn Hanoi and Hoi An. If there is any chance of extending your holiday do it. I could not think of a better place to have a honeymoon but you really need more time to enjoy/experience it.
