Maison De hanoi 4*, only 2 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake, nice hotel in Old quarter especially not noisy cause the busy street. I think it%26#39;s suitable for you

Very near to Hanoi Train Station would be the Pacific Hotel Hanoi . Do a google search of this hotel. I think it cost USD 25.

I would recommend the Golden Sun in the Old Quarter -excellent staff, facilities, price ... the only thing that scares me is you say for a honeymoon - Golden sun doesn%26#39;t have spa baths and chocolate fountains, but is a great hotel in the centre of all the action.. Happy travels

I will recommend Viet Hotel. It is close Dong Xuan Market, nice hotel, very friendly staffs, just 10 minutes to the Hoan Kiem lake, nice position.

The Pacific Hotel at 30 Cunam is good choice for you ! i stayed at room No 501 with nice view ....

Wouldn%26#39;t go past any of the Hotel Elegance hotels, great locations and out of this world service, better than most 5 star (without the pricetag). We stayed at Hotel Elegance 2 and had a lovely room overlooking the main street with a small balcony. Traffic noise finishes about 10 and then very pleasant to watch the city wake up in the morning.

Yes, but guys - they asked for a place to stay for their HONEYMOON - of all the places mentioned, Maison looks the nicest. I have not stayed there, but I actually went in the other day just because it was so lovely. Staff were very well-trained and answered all my questions. Prices are up from some of the other places mentioned, but as for location AND a romantic atmosphere, I really don%26#39;t think you can go wrong - but again, this was just a first impression. I%26#39;m going to rec it to family visiting later this year. If you do stay there, be sure to come back to the forum and let people know how it was.
