Weather in Phu Quoc...raining ALL WEEK???

I%26#39;ve been checking the weather like crazy, as I%26#39;ll be going to Phu Quoc Feb 25th...and all I%26#39;m seeing IS RAIN RAIN RAIN. Anyone know if there%26#39;s a particular off-season storm going on? I notice Saigon is also getting rain DAILY. IS THIS NOT DRY SEASON???? I%26#39;m worried, and getting stressed. Anyone know if it%26#39;s been raining ALL day or just Florida-like afternoon showers for 20 minutes? Ugh.

The weather in HCMC this year is a bit strange.

Normally it rains in June but yesterday afternoon %26amp; evening the rain arrived unexpectedly and this morning it rained about 1 hour from 6 am to 7 am

Please prepare your rain coat ( poncho ) inside your bag in case the rain unexpectedly drops

just got back from there - was gloriously sunny monday and tuesday, rained pretty much all day on wednesday except for a couple of hours in the afternoon and looked as if it was going to rain yesterday afternoon as I left a lunchtime.

Talking to the staff they said they%26#39;ve never known it to rain at this time of year so I%26#39;m sure it will have blow over by the time you go.
