Phu Quoc in July

Hello, I am planning on going to Phu Quoc in July but I am worried as it is the rainny season. In July (12-15) will it be afternoon storms or rainning all day?

Wet Season

Last year Wet season was not big or predictable- always 26degrees plus even when raining

Year before you could set your watch - 2.30pm - 4.30ish grab a book and have a little nanny nap- nice actually

Sea has waves but you go to Bai Sao beach for complete carm

Try and book a place with a pool but not a neccesity

Usually rains for 2 hrs in afternoon

Watch booking seafronts as some resorts have them right on the beach and it may feel as though the waves are coming through the front door :]

I personally think the main rain season is Aug - October but this year it even rained on New Years eve and in Jan ( This is the first- The world climant is changing )

Most places are 35-50% cheaper than there high season and thats because it rains- Rain is warm - rains for 2-3 hrs - not every day- Hope this helps
